Section 6
Standards And Quality To Be Maintained
(1) In preparing an environmental study report pursuant to this Act, the proponent shall so prepare it in the form as prescribed that the standards and quality determined by the Government of Nepal are maintained.
(2) If the report is submitted contrary to the standards or qualify referred to in sub-section (1) or without complying with such standards, the consultant who has prepared such a report shall not be allowed to prepare an environmental study report for a period not exceeding five years.
